Guzmania Marjan has shiny or rubbery-textured leaves that stay green throughout its lifetime. Most growers and landscapers love Guzmania Marjan because its leaves stay perfect in color even during fall season. Another long lasting feature of the plant is its tall flower spikes. The spikes remain in dazzling yellow-orange or bright yellow colors even up to 6 months.
The plant comes in small to medium sizes. Medium varieties can reach a height of up to 24 inches. Indoors, Guzmania Marjan is a great container plant. It can also be added to shady warm outdoor gardens.

i have a question. i have one of these, which was thriving indoors. until we moved. it got disturbed, and also got watered less regularly because of our own preoccupation with settling in. now the flower is turning brown. what should we do? cut it back? that is my instinct. water more or less? i appreciate any experienced comments!
