Galvezia
GALVEZIA (gal-vee’-zi-ah). An evergreen shrub belonging to the Figwort Family, native on the islands off California. Galvezia speciosa, the one mostly grown, was formerly known as Antirrhinum speciosum. It grows up to 7 ft. tall, has leaves in 3’s, and scarlet flowers about an inch long in a terminal inflorescence.
