Fabiana

FABIANA (fa-bi-ay’-nah). A genus of small heath-like shrubs of the Nightshade Family, and native to South America. Fabiana hobricata, the best-known species, is sometimes grown in a cool greenhouse, and also outdoors in mild climates. It is a much-branched shrub to 8 ft., with small overlapping scale-like leaves, and small white flowers freely produced. Propagation is by cuttings.
