Aglaonema White Rain

Aglaonema White Rain is another member of the Elite Aglaonema world.  It is a hybrid of Aglaonema nitidum and  Aglaonema ‘Panayensis’.  This Aglaonema cultivar is shows an upright and outwardly arching growth habit. 

Its narrow leaves are closely spaced in its white or cream stem making it appear full and dense.  Each oblong leaf has a milky white look with silver green coloration in the center mottled with medium to dark green spots and streaks towards the margins.  Aglaonema White Rain appears to be less silver in appearance compared to other silver-center Aglaonema cultivars .

The resistance to diseases common the Aglaonema and the low temperature tolerance of Aglaonema White Rain make it a good grower in many nurseries.  Nowadays, it is one of the many well-loved indoor plants.  In many interiors it can be combined with a type of large house plants mixed with ornamental or other foliage plants for a perfect calming ambiance.
