Aglaonema Jewel of India – Chinese Evergreen

Aglaonema Jewel of India is a new breed of Aglaonema. It is actually a product of a planned breeding program.  Unlike other Aglaonema plants, the Jewel of India has an amazing foliage color and patterns.  The shiny leaves are truly desirable shiny thereby giving justice to its name, the Jewel.  The dark green to gray spots and blotches even highlighted the beauty of this plant.

Jewel of India has many desirable qualities making it a superb indoor or outdoor plant. It can withstand temperatures lower than 40 degrees without any damage. It is believe to have the capacity to remove Formaldehyde on air. Its rapid and compact growth as well as  its resistance to diseases were inherited from other Aglaonema cultivars.
